President Trump Targeted in Las Vegas Cybertruck Explosion

HABARI DAILY I Kampala, Uganda I  Just a few days before taking the oath of office to preside over the world’s richest country, Donald Trump has been targeted in a dare devil Tesla Cybertruck explosion.

The Tesla Cybertruck explosion which happened at outside the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas on New Year’s Day however missed the incoming President, because he was not within the vicinity.

The incident occurred just hours after a man drove a truck into crowds of New Year’s Day revelers in New Orleans, killing 15.

Reliable source have revealed to Habari Daily that the suspected assassins used Matthew Alan Livelsberger, a 37-year-old active duty member of the Army Special Forces, to deliver the death blow.

The source said that the driver shot himself in the head before the explosion due to fear of being netted for a likely death sentence due to the seriousness of the offense he committed.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s Sheriff Kevin McMahill disclosed that the Cybertruck had been rented in Denver by Livelsberger, who reportedly died at the scene by suicide.

“Livelsberger is also the only person known by police to have been inside the 2024 model Cybertruck since it was rented,” he said during a recent press briefing.

He said the condition of the body prevented law enforcement from making a definitive identification until they received dental records and DNA test results.

He further said that Livelsberger’s military ID, passport and credit cards were found in the vehicle, along with several firearms, although the suspect’s body is burnt beyond recognition.

The President-elect Donald Trump, who will return to the White House on Jan. 20, was however “out of sight and out of danger.”

Videos taken by witnesses inside and outside the hotel showed the vehicle exploding and flames pouring out of it, as it sat outside the Trump hotel. The Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas is part of the Trump Organization.

The Tesla CEO Elon Musk, who was a key backer of Trump in his 2024 presidential campaign and is also an adviser to the incoming president, has also been sighted as a key target.

“Obviously a Cybertruck, the Trump hotel – there’s lots of questions that we have to answer,” said McMahill.

Spencer Evans, the special agent in charge of the FBI’s office in Las Vegas, said the explosion was being investigated as a possible act of terrorism.

“We are however not tracking any additional subjects in the investigation,” he said.

However, federal agents probing the explosion have been at Livelsberger’s town home in Colorado Springs since Wednesday night.
